This Distance Selling Contract (“Contract”) is entered into between Mammad Rza, a company registered under the laws of Wyoming, having its registered office atWyoming (“Seller”), and the customer (“Customer”) who purchases goods or services through the Seller’s online platform.
1. Definitions
a. “Seller” refers to Mammad Rza.
b. “Customer” refers to the individual or entity purchasing goods or services from the Seller’s online platform.
c. “Goods” refer to the products offered for sale on the Seller’s online platform.
d. “Services” refer to any services offered for sale on the Seller’s online platform.
e. “Platform” refers to the Seller’s website or online marketplace through which goods or services are sold.
2. Ordering Process
a. The Customer may place orders for goods or services through the Platform.
b. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.
c. The Seller shall confirm receipt of the Customer’s order and provide an order confirmation.
3. Payment
a. The Customer shall pay the agreed-upon price for the goods or services at the time of placing the order.
b. Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other payment method accepted by the Seller.
4. Delivery
a. The Seller shall deliver the goods or perform the services within the agreed-upon timeframe.
b. Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the Customer at the time of ordering.
5. Right of Withdrawal

b. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
