Return Terms
- Return Process a. Customers can return the purchased products within 30 (may vary from product to product) days after receiving them. b. The products to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- Refund Request a. The products you want to return should be reported by filling out the return request form. b. Once your return request has been approved, you must return the product to us.
- Return Fee a. In the case of a product return, the full selling price of the returned product is refunded to the customer. b. However, shipping charges during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
- Damaged or Defective Products a. For damaged or faulty products, customers must submit a return request within 7 days of receipt. b. For damaged or faulty products, you must return the product to us after your return request has been approved.
- Return Period a. Returns are processed within 14 working days of the products being returned. b. You will be informed about the status of your return.
This “Returns Terms” agreement clearly states what customers can expect in online sales and how returns will be processed. It is especially important to protect the rights of customers and regulate the return process.
Non Return Terms
- Personal Care Products: Personal care products such as cosmetics, make-up materials, perfumes are usually not returned for hygiene reasons.
- Health Products: Health products such as medicines, vitamin supplements, health devices are generally non-refundable. There are strict regulations to guarantee the safety and quality of these products.
- Food and Beverage Products: Fresh, perishable or expired food and beverage products cannot be returned. Because these products carry health and safety risks, returns are not accepted.
- Special Order Products: Products that are custom made or personalized at the customer’s request are generally non-returnable. Returning such products may make resale difficult.
- Used Products: Used or damaged products are generally non-returnable. The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- Disposable Products: Products that cannot be used after one use are generally non-returnable. For example, products such as disposable masks and bandages fall into this category.
These categories generally cover non-returnable products, but each seller and each product may have different return policies. It is important that customers find details about non-returnable products in the seller’s return policy.
